Every day, thousands of people interact with these Cast Members without noticing a hidden detail that can be found on every Cast Member's costume: their name tag.

Cast Members are given pins celebrating their milestone years of service. Also, each year the Walt Disney Legacy Award is given to Cast Members who uphold the legacy of Walt Disney and go above and beyond the expectations of their role.

Conclusion

The next time you are in the parks, look for these special Disney pins. Take a moment to ask the Cast Member about their time working for the company and I promise you will love the parks even more. I can't tell you the amount of fantastic Disneyland stories I have heard because I took a second to stop and talk.
