There are a few hotels that are great for folks doing Walt Disney World for adults. Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is consistently ranked as one of the best resorts in Orlando. This Victorian resort represents elegance with its iconic white exterior and red roof. This resort boasts a world-class spa, Senses – A Disney Spa and Salon at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, and upscale restaurants, such as Victoria & Albert’s, Narcoossee’s, and Cítricos. Guests can lounge by the all-ages quiet pool or rent a poolside cabana.

Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge will make guests will feel like there are on their own African safari adventure. Guests can enjoy spectacular views of the savannas, where 30 species of African wildlife freely roam. Guests can also enjoy the 11,000-square-foot pool with a water slide and two whirlpool spas. This resort boasts award-winning dining that includes Jiko – The Cooking Place.

There are several upscale restaurants at the Disney World Resort including Victoria and Albert's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Monsieur Paul located in Epcot, Coral Reef Restaurant located within Epcot, Narcoossee's in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and Citricos in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.

Victoria and Albert's restaurant is located at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and is one of the preeminent restaurants in Walt Disney World Resort. Their menu includes several courses that feature oysters, caviar, lobster, duck, tenderloin, Kobe-style beef, and of course, dessert. Prices start at $60 per adult and guests must wear proper attire. This is one favorite high dining option for Walt Disney World for adults vacations.

Monsieur Paul is located in Epcot and is a gourmet restaurant serving classic French cuisine. Prices range from $35 to $59.99 per adult. Guests are asked to adhere to the dress code. The Coral Reef Restaurant is located within Epcot. This tropical restaurant offers spectacular views of a living coral reef and ocean-fresh specialties. Desserts include turtle cheesecake with caramel and The Chocolate Wave. Prices range from $15 to $34.99 per adult.

Narcoossee's is located in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. This casual waterfront setting offers fresh seafood and steak with panoramic view of the lagoon. Guests are asked to adhere to a business casual dress code. Prices range from $35 to $59.99 per adult.

Indoor Walt Disney World restaurant

Citrico's is located in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. Couples can dine on American cuisine infused with Mediterranean flavors. Guests can also browse their award-winning, international wine list. Guests are asked to adhere to the minimum dress code requirements. Prices range from $35 to $59.99 per adult. Thrilling and Classic Rides for Adults

Walt Disney World includes four theme parks: Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park. There are also two water parks in the resort area: Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.

The Magic Kingdom opened in 1971 and is Walt Disney World’s flagship park. Adults seeking a thrill ride will enjoy Space Mountain. Space Mountain is in Tomorrowland and features a rip-roaring rocket through the darkest reaches of outer space. Guests will board a sleek rocket-shaped vehicle and zoom through the galaxy in this roller-coaster-type ride. The rockets ascend a 180-foot high mountain and then launches into the remote blackness of the dark universe.

Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is a must do!  This attraction is in Fanstasyland and allows guests to race through a diamond mine that features the beloved Snow White and her Seven Dwarfs. Guests will board a rustic mine train and wind through the Enchanted Forest and up a mountain.  The mine train then races down the mountain, past a waterfall, and see the cozy cottage where Snow White and her Dwarfs live.

The Big Thunder Mountain Railroad in Frontierland is the wildest ride in the wilderness! This roller coaster will take guests back to the early days of America’s Gold Rush. Guests will board a rollicking runaway mine train and climb a 200-foot mountain to the Big Thunder Mining Company. This 5-car locomotive ride includes a booming waterfall, stunning rock formations, canyons and caves, and a landslide.

Guests will enjoy a Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah adventure in a colorful bayou on Splash Mountain in Frontierland.  This log flume ride takes guests through caves, swamps, and meadows, as well as a thrilling 5-story splashdown. Splash Mountain is home to over 100 talking, singing, storytelling Audio-Animatronics critters. This attraction is considered a thrill ride as well as a water ride and features big drops.

Guests will feel like they are in the American Revolution when they visit Liberty Square, which resembles a colonial American town. Liberty Square is home to such attractions as the Liberty Square Riverboat, Haunted Mansion, the Hall of Presidents, and The Muppets Present…Great Moments in American History.

Disney World’s Epcot is over 300 acres and referred to a permanent world’s fair. Epcot is dedicated to the celebration of human development and international culture. Epcot is known for a variety of cuisine from around the world. There are two main areas to Epcot, Future World and World Showcase.

Future World consists of several pavilions, including Spaceship Earth, Innoventions, Mission: Space, Test Track: Presented by Chevrolet, The Seas with Nemo & Friends, The Land (Soarin’ and Living with the Land: Presented by Chiquita), and Imagination! (Journey into Imagination with Figment).

The World Showcase looks like a world’s fair and consists of eleven pavilions themed and dedicated to a different country. For a relaxing time, guests will enjoy browsing and feasting their way through the various pavilions.  Imagine strolling through eleven different countries in one day!

Disney’s Hollywood Studios is one of the smaller Disney World parks but has a lot to offer!  Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, an all-new land, is a huge must see for any Walt Disney World adult fan. Star Wars fans will truly feel immersed in this galactic experience!  Star Wars fans can also Embark on an intergalactic adventure on Star Tours – The Adventures Continue.

Guests will feel like they’re kids again when they cruise through Toy Story Land. Toy Story Mania allows Disney fans to compete with each other and others while playing carnival games.  Thrill seekers will enjoy the Slinky Dog Dash Roller Coaster.

Thrill seekers will enjoy the Rock ‘N Roll Coaster Starring Aerosmith. Guests will speed along the darkened freeways of Los Angeles in a super-stretch limo to the rockin' tunes of Aerosmith. This ride reaches speeds of 60 miles per hours past iconic Hollywood landmarks. Next Stop: The 5th Dimension! The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror hurls guests up and down aboard a haunted elevator-style lift. Guests will experience unexpected dropping and rising as they hear the sound of cables snapping and metal clanging overhead. Thrilling rides can be a great way to set a tone of adventure for your Walt Disney World for adults vacation.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom opened on Earth Day in April 1988 and is the one of largest theme parks in the world. This park is unique because it is dedicated and themed entirely around the natural environment and animal conservation. Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park offers guests the opportunity to see hundreds of species of live animals on exhibit. Guests can stroll and view beautiful waterfalls, meandering streams, and colorful flora.

Pandora – The World of Avatar is themed after Pandora, from James Cameron’s Avatar series. This beautiful area provides eco-tourists the opportunity to join Alpha Centauri Expeditions (ACE) for the transformational experience of a lifetime on Avatar Flight of Passage. The Na’vi River Journey is also located in Pandora – The World of Avatar. Avatar Flight of Passage allows guests to experience an all-new expedition where they climb atop a mountain banshee for an incredible flight.

Thrill seekers will enjoy Expedition Everest – Legend of the Forbidden Mountain. This steel roller coaster takes guests through the Forbidden Mountain of the Himalayas. Travelers will board a speeding train and careen through the mountains while avoiding the clutches of the mythic Abominable Snowman. This exciting ride includes a steep climb, a train that races backwards, a double-looping turn, and an 80-foot drop!

Kali River Rapids is a river raft ride through a lush jungle landscape in the Heart of Asia. Guests will load a large, circular 12-passenger raft that glides up a 90-foot knoll into a mist. The rafts will sail an erupting geyser and descend the mountain that includes a dramatic 20-foot slope! Spectators can spray water on the rafters with elephant-themed water sprayers, so guests should be prepared to get wet!
