Mother’s Day at Disneyland

In past years, Mother’s Day is celebrated at Disneyland as soon as you walk through the gates with complimentary Mother’s Day carnation flowers given to all the Moms! Get there early in the morning to be able to enjoy this little gift as they may run out.

The Plaza Inn on Main Street will be hosting a special Mother’s Day Brunch so you can celebrate that special person in your life with Minnie Mouse and her friends! This is a character brunch that can now be enjoyed with hugs from your favorite Disney pal!

Carnation Café on Main Street and the River Belle Terrace are two other dining spots any Mother will love! The patios are both beautifully decorate and offer wonderful Disneyland views.  You can grab reservations online on the Disneyland website or app, or you can also try to score a table with a walk-up reservation on the Disneyland app once you enter the park.

Mark Twain Riverboat Disneyland

A fun way to celebrate this special day would be with a trip around the Rives of America on the nostalgic Mark Twain River Boat! It’s a charming 14-minute trip which offers some amazing sights of Disneyland from the water. You can set sail on this old-fashioned paddle boat from Frontierland anytime between 9:00 am till 10:00 pm.

Main Street Electrical Parade Disneyland

What better way to celebrate Mother’s Day than with the Main Street Electrical Parade? This iconic nighttime performance has just returned to Disneyland to celebrate its 50 anniversary with a new grand finale float. Watch over a half million lights sparkle as Mickey mouse leads the parade from “it’s a small world” down to Main Street at 8:45 pm and 10:45 pm. Stay after the first Main Street Electrical Parade to watch the Disneyland Forever fireworks spectacular! This fireworks show just returned to Disneyland and is a must see, moving experience. Catch the show which begins at 9:30 pm on Mother’s Day for a perfect way to end this celebratory day!

Mother’s Day at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa

You can enjoy various Mother’s Day-themed treats like chocolate covered strawberries, macarons, and cookie shots offered at the Holiday Cart inside the lobby of the Grand Californian Hotel.

  1. as a MARINE DISABLED VETERAN ,MY JURNEY WITH Disney started back in 1974 since then living in florida all my life and ending up with 5 kids we always had annual passes . we as a family travel more than 165 times in almost 50 years . we are so insulted by desantis action . it makes me feel like i am not an american anymore . hell with all republicans specially trump . leave my childhood dream alive and dont mess with Disney
