Coming May 9th the Modern Family episode that was filmed in Disneyland will be shown on TV. Modern Family, what is considered by many to be the funniest show on TV won about every Emmy that it was awarded last year, crowning it the king of comedy. And of course everyone knows what Disneyland is.
The story line of the new show is that the Pritchett-Dunphy-Tucker clan has decided to take a visit to the happiest place on earth, but things don't go quite as they were planned. Children get lost, people have motion sickness, and so much more.
The day that Disney decided to film the episode was also the day of the 24 hour Leap Day Celebration. That was a big mistake, because while it offered more for the guests to do, it also made it even more impossible to maneuver the park. The choice to film the show on Leap Day also effected the final product because, in the episode you can see the amount of crowd control that is used.
