Staying at a Disney hotel for every single Disney vacation your family takes may not always make the perfect sense. However, your family may still want to be incredibly close to the magic that Disney provides. One option that may be beneficial for your family to look into is the Disney Springs Area Hotels.
The seven hotels located in the Disney Springs Area are worth consideration when staying at a Disney-owned hotel doesn’t make sense for your family. For instance, if you have decided to go down at the last minute and the rooms left on property are just out of your budget, a still on-property hotel that will more than likely still have rooms can be booked at the Disney Springs locations.
Many of the resorts in the Disney Springs Area are part of larger chains of hotels, so guests can use points and even earn points for their memberships by staying here instead of a Disney-owned hotel. Keep reading for the Disney Springs Hotels ranked!

Because of the diversity of room options, dining availability, non- Disney Park amenities, and the rewards program offered at the Wyndham Hotel Resort Complex, we think this is one of the better hotels in the Disney Springs area to book.

Benefits include a discount rate, points towards free nights, choice of rooms, digital check-in, hilton honors experiences, and a digital key. Guests are able to save up points to book rooms here or use their discount to help off set daily resort fees or parking fees.
This hotel ranks number three on our list because it has amazing amenities for families, including the allergen friendly rooms for families who may want that little bit of extra protection when traveling. We love how many dining options are available and the fact that there are two heated pools for guests to enjoy. With the Hilton Honors program, guests can also save the more they stay. This is a fantastic option to be close to Disney Springs for a decently priced resort.
4. Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace
The Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is an awesome hotel within walking distance to Disney Springs. Featuring over 1,000 rooms, there are plenty of spaces for guests to stay! Guests can even snag a panoramic view of Disney Springs or the EPCOT fireworks.

One reason that guests may look to stay at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is due to the hotel being a part of the Hilton Honors Membership. Benefits include a discount rate, points towards free nights, choice of rooms, digital check-in, hilton honors experiences, and a digital key. Guests are able to save up points to book rooms here or use their discount to help off set daily resort fees or parking fees.
Like the previous Hilton hotel on our list, we think that the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is a great option for anyone coming to visit Disney. With many of the same amenities, as it is a Hilton, it was hard to decide which one would be ranked 3 and which ranked 4 on the list. We love that this hotel has the lazy river and great views of the fireworks, but the nightly rates tend to run slightly more than the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista. We also think this hotel would be great for an adult trip if you can take the time out of your Disney vacation to spend time by the pool in one of the specialty cabanas.
5. DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando- Disney Springs Area
The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton is the only all-suite hotel in the Disney Springs Hotel area. As the smallest hotel in the Disney Springs area, guests can book one of the 229 suites in either a one bedroom or two bedroom option.
Guest Rooms
The suites have a private bedroom plus a separate living room that includes a queen sleeper sofa, dining area, and a wet bar. Guests are also able to use the in room mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, two 32” HD TVs with Pay-Per-View and gaming, electronic safes, Wi-Fi, and hard wire Internet. Some guest suites even feature a patio.
Amenities and Dining
The DoubleTree Suites features fantastic guest amenities for those break days from the park. Guests can dine at one of the three dining locations on the hotel property (including the daily breakfast buffet) or order room service.
For entertainment, guests of the DoubleTree Suites can swim in the heated swimming pool and whirlpool, splash pad fountain for kids, the kids playground, or the lighted tennis courts.
The resort features a complimentary business center for all of your work needs. If you need to get in your normal workout, the complementary fitness center is available for guests as well. Coin Laundry, valet laundry service, ATM, and a convenience store are available to guests as well.
A great benefit of staying at this Disney Springs area hotel is the Budget Car Rental desk on site, which can save you time renting a car when you arrive in Orlando, as long as you can get to the hotel.
One additional benefit of booking the DoubleTree Suites is the Golf discounts on greens fees and rental equipment for play on all 4 Walt Disney World Golf® championship courses.
Resort Fees
This hotel is also pet friendly. 2 pets (dogs/ cats only) are allowed per room. There is a $75.00 non-refundable pet fee. Then an additional fee per booked time at the hotel. The fee is $75 for 1-4 night stays and $125 for 5+ night stays.
At this Disney Springs area hotel, there is a daily resort charge of $23 per night plus tax. That nightly resort fee covers:
- Guest internet access
- DVD Now rentals
- 2 bottled waters daily
- Kids Eat Free! With each adult entree purchased, one child (12 years and under) is eligible to eat free from kids menu
- Disney shuttle
- Lobby coffee 6:30am-11:00am
Parking is also an extra fee at the DoubleTree Suites. Guests can park their cars for $25 per day. There is no valet or EV charging available.
Membership Rewards
One reason that guests may look to stay at the DoubleTree Suites is due to the hotel being a part of the Hilton Honors Membership. Benefits include a discount rate, points towards free nights, choice of rooms, digital check-in, hilton honors experiences, and a digital key. Guests are able to save up points to book rooms here or use their discount to help off set daily resort fees or parking fees.
This hotel ranks at number 5 on our list. There are a few reasons to land it in this spot but for one it is the farthest Hilton from Disney Springs and the theme parks on the list. Of course it is not across a highway far, but it doesn’t offer the same kind of views the other Hilton Resorts offer. Another thing about this resort is it only features suites. Suites are great for larger families or longer stays, but not everyone wants to pay for the square footage if they aren’t going to be in the room to use it. This can be a positive for some families (the space!!) or a negative for smaller families/ couples that are visiting. We also don’t think the resort fee covers a lot if you are not traveling with kids or if you don’t plan to eat with your kids at the hotel restaurants often.
6. B Resort and Spa
B Resort and Spa describes itself as a “boutique hotel experience that indulges discerning guests with a chic mix of modern sophistication and playful, family-friendly fun.”
Guest Rooms
The resort has 394 guest rooms that feature floor to ceiling windows offering some of the better views in the Disney Springs area. Each room has a 47” HD LED television, Signature Blissful Bed, In-room safe, Mini refrigerator, and a coffee/ tea maker. Some rooms even contain bunk beds.
Amenities and Dining
As far as hotel amenities, guests can enjoy plenty of luxurious options. There is a zero-entry pool with interactive water features and comfortable lounge chairs. Kids can find more entertainment at the Kid Zone Game Room. Visitors who feel they won’t get enough steps in at the Disney theme parks can enjoy the 24 Hour Fitness Center, featuring treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, and yoga balls. For guests who are enjoying a nice resort day, the 4 tennis courts with access to rackets and balls can fill that time.
The hotel features four eateries on site, so whether you are going to and from your park days or enjoying a day at the resort, there will be great places for your family to grab a bite to eat.
For those guests who need to check in to the office while on their Disney vacation, B Resort and Spa offers free Wi-Fi and a 24 hour business center with computer access and printers.
Resort Fees
Other on-site services include laundry facilities ($4.00 per washer or dryer load), daily dry cleaning, and on-site parking: self- parking ($23.95 + tax per night) or valet parking ($29.95 + tax per night) at an additional charge.
Like many non-Disney owned hotels, B Resort and Spa has a daily resort fee of $34 plus tax. This resort fee covers access to
- shuttle transportation to Walt Disney World parks
- complimentary WiFi in room and public areas
- 24 business center with printer
- B ACTIVE fitness center
- tennis courts
- 2 bottles of water per day/per room (upon request)
- complimentary shuttle to Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets (pick-up daily at 12:50pm)
- unlimited local and 800 calls
- Keurig coffee maker with premium coffee and tea
- pool access including towels, lounge chairs and umbrellas
Disney visitors typically like to have groceries and other items needed for their trip delivered. B Resort and Spa has a one-time fee of $10 per package. Packages will be accepted and help no more than 15 days before the arrival date of the guest.
Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM. The Valet team will hold luggage if you have a park day planned on your arrival or departure day.
Overall, B Resort and Spa is a nicer resort in the Disney Springs area that has many of the same amenities as a Disney owned property. The two major downsides are the nightly resort fee and the nightly parking fee. These two fees should be factored into the total price when thinking about booking this resort.
This hotel ranks number 6 on our list because it just doesn’t feel as family and kid friendly as many of the other resorts. When visiting Disney World, many guests are visiting with their families and want something less upscale and more relaxed and family oriented. The B Resort and Spa is a great option for an adult only trip or shorter stays where kids don’t have to fill entire days at the resort. This resort also is not part of any rewards programs, unlike the rest on our list, so you won’t see a lot of savings when staying here compared to the other Disney Springs hotels or sometimes even Disney-owned resorts.
7. Holiday Inn Orlando Disney Springs Area
One of the smaller hotels in the Disney Springs area is the Holiday Inn Orlando, featuring only 323 rooms. However, the Holiday Inn Orlando is the only Holiday Inn and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) hotel in the Walt Disney World Resort. It is also ranked in the top 3% of hotels in the Orlando area according to TripAdvisor.
Guest Rooms
Guests have an option to book King, Queen, or King with Bunk Bed Rooms. Guests rooms are going to feature a TV, Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave, and Mini-fridge.
Amenities and Dining
A great benefit at the Holiday Inn is the kid’s pricing. Kids 18 and under stay for free in the same room as their parents. Up to two kids 11 and under can eat for free per adult ordering from the main menu in any on-site restaurant. This is a great way that you are going to be able to save some of the money to put towards your food and souvenirs in the Disney Parks!
For dining, breakfast, lunch, and dinner is served 7 days a week. There are also a ton of grab and go options located beside the restaurant in case you need something quick on the way to or from the theme parks.
For fun in the sun, on your days off from the theme parks of course, enjoy time in the zero entry on-site pool, take a swim in the lap lane, relax in the whirlpool, work out in the 24 fitness center, or play some games in the 24 hour game room.
The on-site business center is open 24 hours a day and includes a printer and copier for your convenience. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi to guests.
To keep things clean, daily housekeeping and 24 hour on-site guest self-service laundry services are available.
Resort Fees
For extra fees to factor into your stay, the On-site self parking is available for $20 per night, valet parking is $28 per night, and oversized vehicle parking is $40 per night. There is also a $30 amenity fee per night.
Rewards Membership
Like the Hilton Hotels on this list the Holiday Inn is part of the IHG One Rewards Program. Guests can earn points for reward nights, access member rates and offers, request late check-out, and more.
While this hotel is on the cheaper end of the hotels in the Disney Springs area, the resort amenities, look, and offerings don’t make it feel like it is any different than any other hotel in the Orlando area. The two largest perks of staying here are the free kids meals and the rewards programs. Again, this resort is a great option if you are looking to keep to a very small, strict, budget, but amenities and room updates are not going to be as enticing as many of the other hotels on this list.
Final Thoughts
All of the Disney Springs Area hotels are a great option for guests who may want to look for deals and specials using rewards or membership points to help pay for their stay. In addition to the savings, each hotel has great amenities for guests to participate in and many hotels even have newly updated rooms that feel modern but cozy.
When deciding to stay at a Disney owned hotel or a Disney Springs area hotel, the biggest factor is typically cost, so having those rewards points add up each time you take a Disney vacation can really help you continue to visit Walt Disney World year after year.
